College
So I'm really excited about college for the first time since I found out about Scotland! I was college searching, trying to find a school that both has a photography major, doesnt suck and isnt in Manhattan, o and wont cost me a fortune. Quite the challenge really. But then i found university of Illinois at Chicago. Which I think I can get into. It doesnt suck, and it has photography!! So party!!!

Holy Shit, its hot!! Damn you Northwestern for not air conditioning your dorms. It's 93 in my room with shit loads of humidity. Plus I have an hour and a half with bonnie. Oh joy, hard core practice meets heat stroke...sounds like fun.

OH MY GOD! (sung) we just figured out the freakin' coolest thing ever for my piece!!!!!!! I am so happy!! (in a very morbid sad, suicidal kind of way, not me the character) It is going to be so freakin cool and i'm not going to suck this year everyone should go to NHSI (I'm a cherub and i'm proud).

I'm so happy! Going maybe the tiniest touch to fast my piece is 9:01!!!! Yay!! I can slow down, and add an intro!!!!!!! (Camp = Supreme Happiness and Supreme Exhaustion from all the damn practicing that makes me think that maybe i'm not going to suck next year)

Hey all I've arrived at camp! False alarm Morg, I now I do have a roommate. Me and the other girl with a single (Alissa) moved in together. So far it's pretty good. The main interp councilor seems crazy in a really good way so i'm excited because she is going to suggest literature for us all tomorrow and i can't wait to see what she picked. i hope all is well out there.

Wow.. so i went vintage shopping with my mom today and i bought this really cute skirt from the fifties. It's little squares of every color of the rainbow and i love it but since it was a vintage store i couldn't try it on. So I just put it on and i broke the button! It said small so i figured it would work but it turns out women from the fifties had impossibly small waists.

Yay! I know this makes me sound like a total dweeb but I am so excited: I HAVE MY PIECE FOR NEXT YEAR FULLY CUT!!!! I am so happy!!! I love being ridiculously prepared for next season just in time for my three week camp.

Even if the firework is only about an inch tall it should still not be lit in your room.

At least my parents didn't notice even though the smoke was so thick in my room I couldn't see for about a half an hour.

When I was in 8th grade i used to write fantasy stories but I was really bad at coming up with names so for the story "Cry and Smell Sweet Rain" I plugged in words that related to the characters into a Norwegian dictionary. Sjelgudinne literally means Soul Goddess in Norwegian.
